Chania Saint John Theologos Monastery

The monastery of St. John Theologos is one of the oldest monasteries in Crete and was built during the 12th century and continued to operate until the mid 1960’s.

Tip: The entrance fee with give you access to both the monastery and the archaeological site of Aptera.

Opening Times: Daily 10:00 – 15:00
