Almyra Apartments

The Almyra apartments can be found on the sandy beach of the charming village Sfakaki, which is situated just 10km away from the city of Rethymnon. One of the things that sets our location apart is the rare species of sea-turtle Caretta - Caretta that chooses our beach, over 5-6 other Mediterranean beaches, to reproduce and lay eggs. Lucky visitors may even have the chance to see these magnificent creatures!

Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, a kitchenette, satellite TV, and a private bathroom. You can prepare your own meals in the apartment's kitchenette and enjoy your breakfast while taking in the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and our colorful Mediterranean gardens from your balcony.

The Rethymnon area is steeped in history and offers a wide range of tourist attractions and sights to see, such as the Venetian castle 'Fortezza', which is one of the best-preserved castles in Crete, the Kourtaliotiko Canyon, the Bali exotic wild landscaped sandy beach, and the Ideon Cave, which, according to mythology, was the cave where the god Zeus was raised, hidden from his father Cronus.
